Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Except in the case of an emergency, you must provide Heavenly Touch Massage Therapy with at least 24 hour notice of cancellation by telephone. If you fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation by phone or fail to show up (NO SHOW) for your appointment, you will be charged in full for the appointment. It is your responsibility to be aware of your scheduled appointment date and time. "Reminder calls" are not standard practice and do not release you from your responsibility in keeping your appointment. Definitions of an emergency include illness of self, partner, or immediate family, car accident or inclement weather. Email or Social Media messages are not an acceptable form of notification.
Late arrivals will still have their massage finish at the original schedule time and the fee will remain the same. This is standard practice in the massage industry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself time to get a drink of water, use the restroom and make any changes or updates to your file. This is the time to talk to your therapist about any new concerns you are having so a treatment plan can be made prior to your session starting.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Advertised specials are individually priced and are not to be combined with other specials or regularly priced massages. Specials are redeemable for their original amount and time only.
Payment is due at the time of service. There is no tax on services. Heavenly Touch Massage Therapy does not accept insurance. Cash, check or major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. If a check is returned because of insufficient funds, an invoice will be sent to you with an added service fee of $30 for NSF Processing. Payment is expected within seven days of receipt of invoice for the retured check. If your payment is deliquent it will be turned over to a collection agency. We will no longer accept your checks and you will be put on a cash only basis prior to any future services.
Gift Card purchases are redeemable for services only. They are non-refundable and they may not be used towards gratuities. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and they may not be used to purchase another gift card or towards the purchase of store merchandise. Gift Cards have a one year expiration date from the date of purchase. Gift Cards must be presented to be redeemed at the time services are provided. Heavenly Touch Massage Therapy is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
